DIY FLORAL RING
Updated: Feb 8
Create a stunning floral ring prop for $55.00 or less! This floral ring is good mainly as a photo prop. It floral ring could be made into a floral ring swing if you use a hoop style firewood rack (homedepot.com $29.97) instead of PEX tubes. All materials were purchased at michaels.com and homedepot.com.
Materials Needed:

Step 1: Take PEX tubes and bend them together to create your ring. Use the coupling devices to hold the tubes in place.

Step 2: Spray paint your tubes gold (be sure to flip them over to get both sides painted well) Set them aside to dry.
Step 3: You will only decorate 1 of your rings. Take your greenery garland and cut it in half. Hot glue your garland to the lower part each side of ring 1, secure with zip ties or yarn.

Step 4: Take your flowers and place them on your ring, secure with hot glue, then reinforce with zip ties or yarn. You should start at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions on your ring and work your way to the center (12 o'clock position)

Your set up should look like this:

Step 5: Zip tie your rings together (only at the top 12 o'clock position)
Step 6: Tie one end of a rope at the very top, you will need this rope for support, the flowers and garland are a little heavy for the PEX tubes. I used natural jute rope by ashland from michales.com for $5.99 (they usually have good coupons if you download the Michaels app to your phone, you can probably get that for 1/2 off.
